ALMOST there.

As I mentioned earlier, the seat is in the works. The countless hours working on the rear frame, the seat pan an the back section paid off:


My upholstery guy did great work on the seat. It looks exactly like the sketches I handed him and the proportions also worked out well.


The modified rear frame was crucial for the style I was going for. Without it the seat shape would look way out of place.


The fueltank was also customized, even though only visually. Hans, a good friend of mine, did amazing work on custom graphics to make the stock tank stand out from the crowd.


The cockpit got a tiny re-work aswell, including the position and angle of the handlebars, the speedo and headlight.

Well, that is it for now, I'll leave you with a side shot of the entire bike. I really like the proportions and overall look of it.
Unfortunately, I still have major problems getting the electrics working. Once I (or perhaps someone else) figure out how to make it run again, the R80 will be on the road.
